Aged 45, graduated from Chongqing University, holds a Master of Engineering Science from Harbin Institute of Technology, and is a senior engineer. Mr. Zhang joined COLI in 2001, and joined the Group in 2010. He has over 22 years’ experience in real estate development and corporate management.

Aged 51, graduated from Zhengzhou University, and is a senior engineer. Mr. Peng joined China State Construction Engineering Corporation (“CSCEC”, a substantial shareholder of COHL) in 1994, and joined the Group in 2012. He has over 29 years’ experience in real estate development and corporate management.

Aged 56, graduated from Chongqing Institute of Architecture and Engineering, and is a principal senior architect. Mr. Wei joined Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants Limited (a subsidiary of CSCEC, and now a subsidiary of COLI) in 1989, joined COLI in 2013, and joined the Group in 2016. He has over 34 years’ experience in architectural design and corporate management.

Aged 58, graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics, and is a senior accountant. Mr. Zeng joined CSCEC in 1988, joined COLI in 2000, and joined the Group in 2017. He has over 35 years’ experience in financial management and corporate management.

Aged 41, graduated from Tongji University, holds a Master of Engineering Science from Tongji University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong, and is a senior engineer. Mr. Bian joined COLI in 2008, joined COHL in 2011, and joined the Group in 2018. He has over 16 years’ experience in human resources management and corporate management.
